1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or participating in any session, course, workshop, event, or digital product offered by June Butler, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree, please do not book or engage with these services.
 

2. Nature of Services

All offerings are provided for spiritual education, personal development, and entertainment purposes only.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
These services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
You are responsible for all choices, interpretations, and actions following your participation.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services. Participation in these services does not create a therapeutic relationship.

3. Eligibility

All services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
If you are under 18, written parental or guardian consent must be provided before booking.

4. Booking & Payment

All sessions and programs must be paid in full at the time of booking.
No payment means no booking or participation.
Prices are clearly listed, non-negotiable, and subject to change without notice.
Please note: 1:1 sessions are recorded and delivered to you after the session for personal reference.

5. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If June Butler needs to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with session outcomes, energetic connection, or course content.

6. Technology Responsibility

All online sessions are conducted via Zoom.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space.
Refunds will not be provided due to tech issues on your end.
If technical issues occur on June’s end, a reschedule will be offered at no extra cost.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All sessions, workshops, and group spaces are held in confidence.
You agree not to share, record, or distribute any content, names, or discussions that take place in these containers.
Respect for the privacy of others is essential to participation.

Please note: June Butler records 1:1 sessions for your personal reference. These recordings are sent to you after the session and are not stored long term. By booking, you consent to your session being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify June before the session begins.

8. Conduct & Community Guidelines

All participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
You may be placed in Zoom breakout rooms or small groups with other participants. These pairings are not customisable. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.
By participating, you agree to hold June Butler and any guests or tutors harmless for any discomfort or outcomes arising from participation.

9. Guest Teachers & Programme Changes

Courses or events may feature guest teachers or tutors.
June Butler reserves the right to modify content, scheduling, or structure as needed.
Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

10. Energetic Environment & Boundaries

Sessions require mutual respect, clear energy, and willingness to engage in good faith.
If you arrive with combative, testing, resistant, or disruptive energy, June Butler may end or reschedule the session at her discretion.
Spiritual work is not a performance. Spirit brings through what is needed, not necessarily what is expected.

11. Session Environment & Guest Policy

Please attend sessions from a private, quiet space.
You may not have others present unless prior permission is granted.
Unauthorized guests may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

12. Third-Party Readings & Ethical Integrity

Sessions are focused on your healing and growth.
June Butler does not provide readings or insights about individuals who have not given consent, including ex-partners, employers, or family members.
This policy also applies to sessions with any guest or tutor involved in her offerings.

13. Giveaways, Discounts & Gifted Sessions

Giveaway and gifted sessions hold no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
They must be booked and used within the timeframe specified or they will be forfeited.
Coupons and discount codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be used retroactively.
Only one code may be used per booking unless explicitly stated.
June Butler reserves the right to cancel or amend promotions at any time.

14. Session Content Acknowledgement

By booking, you acknowledge that sensitive, emotional, or unexpected topics may arise.
You agree to take full responsibility for how you receive, interpret, and act upon any insights or messages.
If there are specific areas you do not wish to explore, you must notify June Butler before the session begins.

15. Right to Refuse Service

June Butler reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule a session or program participation if she feels the space is not aligned, safe, or appropriate.
If a session is refused or cancelled before starting, a full refund will be provided.

16. Legal Liability & Disclaimer

You agree to release June Butler and her guests or tutors from all liability related to your participation.
Services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are not guaranteed, validated, or based in professional science or evidence.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and well-being following participation.

17. Force Majeure

June Butler is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to illness, emergencies, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond her control.

18. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact butlerjune63@gmail.com in good faith to seek resolution.
All legal matters will be governed under the laws of Australia. This applies regardless of your location.
Filing an unauthorized chargeback is a breach of contract and may result in legal action.

19. Defamation & Use of Information

You understand that intuitive impressions are subjective and interpretive.
No guarantee of factual accuracy is made.
June Butler and her guests or tutors are not liable for any reputational, emotional, financial, or personal impact from session content.

20. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, teachings, and resources shared by June Butler are protected under copyright.
You may not record, reproduce, share, or teach this content without written permission.
By participating, you agree not to replicate or use June’s intellectual property for commercial purposes.

21. Severability

If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining sections will continue to apply.

22. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Your continued use of services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and June Butler.
No other communication or understanding shall override them unless formally agreed in writing.
